Jumbo Supermarkets

At a number of Jumbo Supermarkets in the North of The Netherlands, the formulation of a new vision was supported by &Samhoud in 2007. This was a highly productive partnership in which the management and the employees at Jumbo took the initiative themselves. In the main, &Samhoud provided consultancy and coaching services. From 2008 onwards, &Samhoud will be also organising an employee satisfaction survey for Jumbo.
